摘要

以基因治疗领域中非病毒载体的种类为主线，系统介绍了各种非病毒载体的特性及临床应用前景，为其未来改性、开发应用提供参考。

Abstract

This review discusses mainly the types of non-viral vectors for gene delivery,and introduces systematically the characteristics and clinical application prospects of various non-viral vectors,aiming at providing references for future modification,development and application.
